Campaign Submission Guidelines
Health Media Syndicate is looking for those creative compelling campaigns that have high value to healthcare marketers and that appeal to healthcare consumers in a way that leads to better health and the best care possible.
We invite you to submit your quality healthcare marketing campaigns to be considered for syndication. Since it is unlikely that your campaigns have been viewed or responded to by audiences outside of your market area, the campaigns may hold much potential for non-competing healthcare organizations. Our goal is to locate excellent marketing and health education materials, and leverage their value to other markets.
Our two most important considerations when selecting a campaign for syndication are its success at engaging and moving its intended audience to action, and the ease with which the media can be customized for other organizations. You may submit campaigns that are currently live and running, as well as past and archived campaigns.
Instructions for Submitting a Campaign
For each complete campaign, print and complete a copy of the Campaign Submission Form. Enclose it in an envelope along with the digital materials and samples, and send to:

Materials Submission Format
TV Advertising and Video: Playable DVDs, with titles and length of spots clearly labeled.
Radio: DVDs or CDs , with titles and length of spots clearly labeled.
Print, Direct Mail, Newsletters, Brochures, etc.: Digital files on CDs in PDF format, plus hard copy samples, if available.
Outdoor: Digital files in PDF format on CD plus photograph of actual signage, if available.
Special Events and Educational Programs: Hard copy samples of the promotional material, plus photographs or video of the event-in-progress, if available.
