Health Media Syndicate was founded by Gale Wilson-Steele, founder of MEDSEEK and CareSeek, both health communications companies. Her interest in media and its value to patient education was sparked by the International Health & Medical Media Awards (the "FREDDIES") which celebrate courage, inspiration, and passion in the creators and supporters of health and medical productions. These outstanding productions provided the inspiration for the pursuit of excellence in all forms of healthcare communication, including the marketing productions of healthcare providers.
Through our experience with over 600 hospital marketing departments, we understand the prime directive to build strong relationships with the entire community, including employees and physicians, as well as consumers, patients and their families.
