DETAILS:  Any organization approved to license the LiVe and ViVe Campaigns will:

• Enter into a Media Usage Agreement with Health Media Syndicate, exclusive syndicator of the Intermountain Healthcare content. 
• Receive the right and license to use, reproduce, distribute and display all of the content listed here in your specified by Designate Market Area (DMA).
• Maintain control of the campaign materials during the license term for your market. 
• Select what broadcast media you wish to customize and when, so that you only pay talent fees for ads that you are actively running.

The services required to rebrand and customize all or part of the content, and the management and payment of any associated royalty and talent fees are charged separately and handled through Health Media Syndicate.   Content will be delivered in the appropriate digital format for printing or media broadcast.  No hard-copy printed materials will be supplied, unless by special order.

The annual license fees to access all of the media assets of "LiVe" and "ViVe" are based on the size of the DMA and the length of the license and range between $24,000 to $120,000, less discounts for nonprofit organizations.  For a taste of Live's success, a 6-month Go-LiVe Special is available for $15,000.
